The heart of the unit; the heat exchanger, is made of polycarbonate. The plastic has the following important advantages:
Non-existent or minimal need for defrosting
Dirt does not stick to the VVX, no need for cleaning
Compatible with Indirect Evaporative Cooling
We always order 100% recycled plastic waste from other plastic products. Polycarbonate is incredibly pressure resistant and can withstand both low and high temperatures.
ISOLAMIN - Chassis, roof and walls
The isolamin panels we use are pressure-resistant and sound-absorbing. The elements are assembled with a joint system which offers great advantages such as stability, flexibility and interchangeability.

In the spring of 2019, our robot was launched in Helsingborg. Together with our robotic operators, we manufacture two heat exchanger modules at the same time. We have a unique manufacturing process where we use hot melt adhesives as joints and spacers.
