ROBOTIC HEAT EXCHANGER
In the spring of 2019, our robot was put into operation in Helsingborg. Together with our robot operators, we manufacture two heat exchanger modules simultaneously. We have a unique manufacturing process where we use hot melt adhesive as both a joint and a spacer.

RECYCLED PLASTIC
We always order recycled plastic from waste from other plastic products. Polycarbonate is incredibly pressure-resistant and can withstand both low and high temperatures.
POLYCARBONATE HEAT EXCHANGER
The heart of the unit, the plate heat exchanger, is made of polycarbonate. The plastic has the following important advantages:
No or minimal need for defrosting
Dirt does not stick to VVX, no need for cleaning
Compatible with Indirect Evaporative Cooling


ISOLAMINE ISOLAMINE
The insulation panels we use for the chassis, roof and walls are pressure-resistant and sound-absorbing. The elements are assembled with a joint system that provides great advantages such as stability, flexibility and interchangeability.
