ROBOT-MADE HEAT EXCHANGER

In the spring of 2019, our robot was commissioned in Helsingborg. Together with our robot operators, we manufacture two heat exchanger modules simultaneously. We have a unique manufacturing process where we use hot melt adhesive both as a joint and spacer.

RECYCLED PLASTIC

We always order 100% recycled plastic from waste from other plastic products. Polycarbonate is incredibly pressure resistant and can withstand both low and high temperatures.

HEAT EXCHANGER IN POLYCARBONATE

The heart of the unit; the plate heat exchanger, is made of polycarbonate. The plastic has the following important advantages:

  • Non-existent or minimal need for defrosting

  • Dirt does not stick to the VVX, no need for cleaning

  • Compatible with Indirect Evaporative Cooling

ISOLAMIN

The insulation panels we use for chassis, roofs and walls are pressure-resistant and sound-absorbing. The elements are assembled with a splicing system that provides great benefits such as stability, flexibility and interchangeability.
